When a cop pulls up behind you how we keep things at ease and what they expect when they approach on the side of you. Parallel parking on busy streets and being able to get out of tight parking when you trapped in. Reading parking street signs especially when you late and why they make it so difficult to leave you car on the streets without being bothered.
